Whether it be for heaters and furnaces or catalytic reactor applications, Daily Thermetrics' Field Services Division has the experience and expertise to fully install or act in a supervisory role for your thermometry upgrade or changeout.
Daily Thermetrics employs an entire division of graduate engineers which specializes in application of thermocouples, thermowells, multi-points, and flexible systems specific to reactors and heaters/furnaces.
INSTALL WITH CONFIDENCE: TECHNICAL SUPERVISION
Typically, flexible temperature sensors that require installation are permanent fixtures in the application for the entire run-cycle of the unit. Improper attachment, welding, and routing can very easily cause thermocouple failure or inaccurate measurement. Daily Thermetrics' Field Services Division is available to be on-site to observe, inspect, and offer recommendations for installation when site personnel are required to perform hands-on installation.
INSTALL WITH EASE: COMPLETE INSTALLATION SERVICES
If desired, Daily Thermetrics' Field Services Division is capable of fully installing flexible thermocouples into position in order to maximize accuracy of measurement and reliability of the instrument. We are capable and prepared to provide sensor routing, sensor positioning, welding, attaching, complete testing and inspecting.
ON-SITE REDESIGN: FIELD PROBLEM SOLVING
Even with proper planning, internal reactor or internal firebox layouts aren't recorded perfectly. At times this may affect the planned routing and attachment of flexible sensors. Fortunately, Daily Thermetrics' Field services Division is fully equipped with CAD software and mechanical competency to evaluate the application issue and field design an alternative while still providing a robust installation to meet the temperature measurement requirements of the site. No other Field Services group is capable of troubleshooting, redesigning, and executing a solution as fast, efficiently, and reliably as Daily Thermetrics' Field Services.
