• Engineering: Daily Thermetrics has over ten degreed engineers at its disposal to solve your temperature sensing problems. Our expertise ranges from solving basic thermocouple problems to complicated temperature measurement applications such as the multipoints that profile hydrocrackers. Daily Thermetrics holds a variety of patents in temperature sensing instrumentation. Vibration Calculations on Thermowells are performed with multiple programs so that variables including density and viscosity will be considered.

• Thermowells: Daily Thermetrics is one of the few temperature sensing companies that actually manufactures thermowells. We have the ability to manufacture up to 72" thermowells in single piece construction.

• Welding: Daily Thermetrics' welders must qualify per ASME section IX in the 6G position with a splice on a 2" XXH Pipe. This is more stringent than even the nuclear power industry.

• Facilities: The Daily Thermetrics building is over 32,000 square feet and is fully climate controlled. Moisture control is critical to quality manufacturing of thermocouples and RTDs.

• Features and Benefits: Daily Thermetrics transition housings are brazed to the probe. This assures that no moisture can get to the wiring. Many competitors crimp this piece on. RTDS are delicate sensors. Many RTD manufacturers epoxy the RTD to the bottom of the tube and simply run wires loose through its length. All Daily Thermetrics RTDs are packed with MgO to extend life in high vibration applications. We never have loose wires running through our RTDs. The Daily Thermetrics epoxy seal is as far away from the process as possible on our RTDs. This allows our RTDs to withstand higher temperatures before the epoxy can melt. High temperature sealants are available. Conduit Connections are never brazed as this increases the possibility of melting the wire insulation.
